Terms for buying handcrafted goods through Hastakala's headless Shopify storefront.

Handcrafted products can include natural variation in color, dimensions, markings, weave, finish, and texture.
Product images and descriptions are intended to represent the piece accurately, but minor handmade variation is part of the craft.
Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, shipping feasibility, and fraud checks.
If an item cannot be fulfilled, Hastakala will contact the buyer to resolve, replace, or refund the order.
Certificate, GI, provenance, or artisan claims must be tied to the specific product where shown.
Do not rely on a generic badge as a certification unless the product page identifies the exact basis for that claim.
